Shelley and Sean wanted to do their engagement session photos in downtown Denver. The odds were against us. It was on a beautiful Saturday night after what seemed like an endless string of spring snowstorms. The weather was finally so nice that people were eager to be outside. It was also the opening weekend of the West light rail line, and the entire light rail system was operating for free. It's prom season, and the high school kids were hitting the popular photography spots. A million other professional and amateur photographers were shooting that day. If that's not enough, a police investigation that caused a few street closures creating a horrible traffic jam. Downtown Denver was soooo crowded. Despite all of that, I think we managed to take a few good photographs. I cannot wait to capture their wedding in July at the Grant-Humphreys Mansion. These two are so much fun. You can tell by looking at the photographs.
